At Fathers Heart Home Care, our story is deeply personal. We didn’t just start a business—we built a mission rooted in compassion, trust, and a commitment to making a difference.

When I was nine years old, my father—a dedicated landscaper—suffered a devastating fall, leaving him permanently paralyzed. Overnight, our world changed. He suddenly depended on caregivers for even the most basic tasks, and we believed home care would bring support, dignity, and kindness into our lives. Instead, we faced neglect, mistreatment, and broken promises.

I watched as caregivers failed him in ways no one should ever experience.

• Verbal abuse stole his dignity.

• Neglect left him alone for hours, unheard and uncared for.

• Some caregivers took advantage of our home, treating it as a free stay and even bringing drugs into our safe space.

Even as a child, I knew this wasn’t right. No one should ever feel forgotten, disrespected, or unsafe in their own home. That’s when Fathers Heart Home Care was truly born—not in an office, but in the heart of a son who refused to accept that this was the best care had to offer.

Years later, I pursued a degree in Health Management and worked hands-on in the home care industry. I founded Fathers Heart Home Care with one simple mission: to give families the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

At Fathers Heart, we believe home care should feel like family—a place of warmth, respect, and trust. Because when care comes from the heart, it changes lives.
