Hello, my name is Isaiah Mielke, and I’m the founder of Fathers Heart Home Care. My journey into the world of home care began at nine years old, when my father—a hardworking landscaper—suffered a devastating fall, leaving him paralyzed. As my family navigated this new reality, we quickly realized the challenges of finding compassionate and reliable caregivers.
Instead of the support we hoped for, we faced neglect and mistreatment from individuals entrusted with his care. These experiences exposed a deep gap in the industry—a lack of accountability, compassion, and quality care. This inspired me to create change.
I pursued a degree in Health Management, gained hands-on experience at Home Instead, and eventually launched Fathers Heart Home Care. My father became our first client, allowing me to oversee his care with the compassion and dignity he always deserved.
